FAQs

Where are you located?

We are in Central London, just a short walk from Angel Station (Northern Line).

King’s Cross, St Pancras International, and Highbury & Islington stations are also within walking distance.

How do I book?
All bookings are made through our website, which shows our current availability and provides the quickest way to secure your time slot. This is especially important for same-day bookings.

For commercial shoots with crews larger than five or for bookings longer than six hours, please email us directly to discuss your specific requirements and receive a customised quote.

How do I access the studio?

When you arrive, please ring the bell, and one of our team members will greet you.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Unless you are a group of 4 or more, we do not require a security deposit. For bookings of 4 or more people, please email info@bluedoordungeon.com

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash on arrival.

How many people can the studio host?

We always try to give our customers the freedom to use the studio as they wish. However, if you plan to have more than 4 people in the studio at any one time, we will require a security deposit to be paid in advance. For enquiries for groups of more than 4 people, please email info@bluedoordungeon.com

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 10 days but not less than 48 hours before can be rescheduled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the hire fee.
