How do I access the studio?

We will text you the arrival instructions approximately 10 minutes before your session starts.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Unless you are a group of 4 or more, we do not require a security deposit. For bookings of 4 or more people, please WhatsApp, Text or Call 07877 978368 or email info@bluedoordungeon.com

 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash on arrival.

 

How many people can the studio host?

We always try to give our customers the freedom to use the studio as they wish. However, if you plan to have more than 4 people in the studio at any one time, we will require a security deposit to be paid in advance. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Bookings cancelled up to 10 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 10 days but not less than 48 hours before can be rescheduled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the hire fee.

 

Is there an age restriction?

We do not permit persons under the age of 18.

 

Who cleans up?

We ask all customers who hire the studio to leave it as they find it. We want to consider Blue Door a community, so please treat the space respectfully.

 

Who’s responsible?

You are responsible for your own activities while in the studio. We are hiring the studio for you to use as an adult-themed photographic and movie studio. We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury sustained in the studio during your hire or any damage or loss of personal items. By entering the venue, you agree to these terms.
